I’ve finished my photography book! So now I can post some of the cool things I’ve done recently. To celebrate, we made our mutter a birthday cake that could only be described as amazing. I’ll post a photo of it at some point. For now though, here’s me with my Zenit E from a roll of Ilford Delta 400 that me and my sister developed!

Score! Kathleen spent the afternoon in my bed.

We just went to see Ash and it was really, really, really good and I am wearing my new Ash t shirt and she is trying to do Charlotte Hatherley hair and she is failing at it.

Hey look it’s me. I have so many photos to post that I’ll probably end up posting almost none of them.

I was trying to take a photo of my orange hair but as usual it didn’t work. So instead I thought I’d treat you lucky people to another photo of me and my sister since you haven’t had one in a while. She doesn’t really look like she’s got her heart in the taking of this photo does she? And my hair looks purple which is much better. It is seriously orange though. OH WELL.

I got a roll of film developed today that I’ve had used up and ready to develop in my camera for almost a year now (it’s mostly full of snowy photos) but it had this photo of me and my two bestest friends (Izzy and Anna) on our last day of school, in July-ish last year.

I had a haircut today but really it should be called a HEADCUT because she CUT my HEAD. 2 big red scrapes but luckily my fringe covers them. Ow.

Anyway as usual it was a bad haircut, I think the second in which this photo was taken is the only second I’ve been able to get it to look acceptable since.

At least now I can put another colour on it again.

Also it feels kind of weird and stupid posting a photo of my face that isn’t overly ridiculous. If it were possible I would make it self combust in a certain number of minutes.

Here is a Sunday morning (I don’t care if it’s after 12, it’s still morning to us) present in the form of a photo of me and ma sistah from yesterday evening. Being idiots. Which is pretty much normal in our case.

This stupid post and picture of me sitting in our Muse and Bluetones themed room is in celebration of me receiving my Muse goodies. All £60 worth of them. This hoody (or hoodie? my mind’s run off) is excellent. As you can see it is rather large but not stupidly large. And worth the money, for sure.

I also wore it to college today and got randomly hugged for wearing it because it’s so awesome and therefore its awesomness rubs off on me.

And I got the Teignmouth rock. Unsurprisingly one of them is smashed to smithereens.

Now I have a laptop with a marvelous webcam (compared to my old one, anything’s ‘marvelous’) you might be seeing more photos like this one of me looking like an absolute twat. But I only took this one to show off my knockin’ threads (i.e. my awesome Muse t-shirt I got in the sale).

Also, today I went to “work” and did “work” since I had the day off college. “Work” being the office in which my mother works, and “work” being sticking labels on wills and deeds and “filing” them. But I get paid £12 for two hours’ “work” with this “job” so that’s cool, huh?!

And yesterday was the photog trip to London, which was rather enjoyable. Went to the Tate Modern & Britain. I’d been to the Tate Modern before with school last year, but it was a bit of a waste of time since the only thing I really wanted to look at was for over 18s only and required me spending money I didn’t have on a ticket. But it was much better yesterday ‘cause we got to see an actual exhibition which was rather good. And I’d never been to the Tate Britain before, it’s nice in there.

I just re-joined Interpals Penpals (turns out if you don’t log in for over a year, they delete your account, never mind). Didn’t really use it much when I had one the first time, never really got into it. But seeing as I can only carry on learning French now, I thought I’d look for a German pen pal to help me not forget it all, and learn a little more too perhaps. It also might be useful if I find a French person to help me. Though I doubt that will happen, I’m not particularly good at making friends in person or over the internet so I suppose only time will tell if that little idea works out.
