FFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUU
The person whose concerto photographs I look at on Flickr has made all their EXIF data private. This is a problem because a) some of them are taken with a Nikon D40, which of course is what I have and without said EXIF data I won’t be able to know what camera they’ve been taken with, and b) because if they have been taken with a Nikon D40, I kinda need to see the camera settings so I can have a bit of a guide of what my settings should be like, as I obviously have never done anything even closely resembling concert photography before.
BUT! I think it’s OK because compared to when I first used the EXIF data as a guide, I didn’t know as much about camera settings etc. and I think I might be OK now. Also, this person (and other people on Flickr who use Nikon D40’s for gig photography) has proved to me that it is possible to get good quality, nice gig photos from lovely Nikon D40s.
And because I’d like to make my blog look nice, I’ll add some examples of said good gig photos. You can, as ever, get to the Flickr page & photostream of the person who took it by giving it a click.
